Our youth programs were remarkably successful this past season. One element was Knife Skills. And both parents and grown-ups expressed interest in our replicating this class, for them.
O'Hara is teaming up with food educator, Rachel Ariaz. This knife skills class will include knife choice, handling and cutting board management.
Paring, utility, serrated and chef's knives are the foundation to a knife library. We will address the uses of each knife, how to properly hold and cut and a bit of knife maintenance.
