Fermentation: Spring Vegetables

As the spring harvest begins, we thought to have an early season fermentation workshop!

Erin will be sourcing the first available crops. It could be radishes or turnips, or a combination of vegetables.

You will learn the basics of home fermentation. This will be a hands-on class, limited to the first 10 people who sigh up!

Members $10. Non-Members $15.
