Lentils, Garbanzos & Black-eyed peas
As we wind up a year of Lunch Time Learning, we will celebrate the "Pulses". After all, 2016 was named the 'International Year of the Pulses' by the sixty eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly. What are pulses? Basically, dried legumes.

And Montana's agriculture industry grows a large quantity of these crops. They have tremendous nutritional value. The more we learn about how to use pulses in the kitchen then the more healthy meals we can prepare and the more we support Montana's agriculture industry.
Join us on the following dates for recipes and discussion. Lunch Time Learning meets from Noon till 1 pm, at The O'Hara Commons (111 South 4th Street). No sign up necessary, just stop by!
